Please read and understand the information below before requesting an appointment.

Appointment Requests are made through Google Workspace.

You would go to the calendar linked below, pick a day and time available, and request that appointment. Your appointment is not guaranteed at that point.

If your time is available, it will be booked in your client account on Sessions Health. You will receive a confirmation email. Once it is added to the system, the Google Request will change to saying “CONFIRMED”.

If it's unavailable, I'll contact you directly.

If you want to CANCEL your appointment, you would cancel in your client account or by contacting me and NOT your Google Calendar (if you have the original request on it).

If you delete the GOOGLE calendar request, you will get an email that says it has been “cancelled” - don’t be alarmed. As long as it is not cancelled in the Client portal, you still have an active appointment and will be responsible for the late cancellation/no show fee if your appointment is not properly cancelled.

You can always ask about availability, as there is sometimes flexibility in the schedule.

Note: There can be delays in responses when I’m in sessions or out of the office.
